Turramurra and Lindfield Community Bank Shield.
Since 2013 the first Friday in July has been celebrated by the fierce competition between the Ku-ring-gai bowling clubs at the Turramurra and Lindfield Community Bank Shield event. This year was no exception. It was a beautiful sunny day for the 5th annual tournament held at Roseville Bowling Club, as seven Ku-ring-gai bowling clubs gathered to compete.
Special mention must go to the deserved winners on the day:
- Turramurra Bowling Club- First Prize $1,600
- West Pymble Bicentennial Club – Second prize $800
- St Ives Bowling and Recreation Club – Third prize $400
This wonderful community event brings together all our local bowling teams who enjoy the competition and social occasion, and the Turramurra and Lindfield Community Bank is pleased to be able to contribute the prize money to make this day each year such a great success.
